  • The Technology Services Manager is responsible for overseeing platform services, client applications, and supporting infrastructure within Technology Services Delivery Operations.
  • This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective service delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to support business needs, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across platform operations.
