Job Title: Technology Solutions Analyst
Location: Mumbai – Godrej One (Vikhroli) | Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
Looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant cum Business Analyst with strong experience in
Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to support requirement analysis, solution design, system
implementation, and product enhancements across SCF modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements for SCF processes (vendor/dealer financing,
invoice discounting, payables/receivables finance).
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and support development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, data mapping, workflow design, and integration activities
(APIs/third-party systems).
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live support.
• Act as SCF product SME and coordinate with business, QA, and vendor teams.
Required Skills
• 3–7 years of BA/techno-functional experience in Banking/Fin Tech.
• Strong knowledge of SCF workflows and platforms
• Understanding of APIs, SQL, data mapping, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related
discipline).
• Master’s degree (MBA/Engineering) is an added advantage
