- Trainee program across APAC region, including China, India and Japan within Mobility technology team.
- Build up the talent pipeline and cultivate talents with Axalta DNA.
- Trainings including soft skill, general skill, position skill and business knowledge through two-year job rotation in China, group activities, mentoring, etc.
