Technology Trainer

We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge They are recruiting for a Technology Trainer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering training sessions on the use of the firm's information systems
Running larger scale sessions at teams meetings or events
Delivering 1:1 training sessions, when needed
Providing training and support to internal clients
Designing training courses
Preparing training material
Assist with training related service desk tickets
Mentor new and existing team members
Being a subject matter expert for M365
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience delivering training session to a diverse audience
A commitment to continuous learning
Experience working as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365
