This role bridges strategy and execution—driving change adoption, engagement, and communication for enterprise technology learning and transformation initiatives across North America.
Reporting to the program Director, you’ll be a trusted partner to the Head of Global Technology Change Management. This role ensures learning initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, adopted, and continuously improved working alongside global counterparts.
