The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining MuleSoft applications and integrations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration solutions, providing technical support, and collaborating with development teams to enhance our API management capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment.
  • Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development, testing, production).
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

  • Experience 4-7 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Manager, and CloudHub.
  • Proficiency in integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging MuleSoft applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (, Jenkins, Git).
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (, Splunk, New Relic) for performance analysis.
  • Understanding of security best practices for API management.
