Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Técnico de Laboratorio Metalúrgico.
**What you’ll do**:
- The metallurgical technician is responsible for inspecting material that comes from the process and validates approvals through data.
The metallurgical technician is responsible for analyzing, supporting the validation of PPAS and special analyses, metallurgical reports that are requested.
The metallurgical technician is responsible for adjusting inspection equipment and verification of destructive and non destructive testing (ultrasound, Eddy current, bent test, x rays, penetrating liquids, duromet er, micro hardness, to keep the database updated in accordance with its releases and its corresponding data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide quality support and guidance on all equipment installs, runoffs, PPAP’s, and start of production ramp up. Including MSA’s calibrated equipment’s, process control plans, etc.
