We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with solid experience in the technology sector , ideally supporting Data Management roles. This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting high-volume and specialized hiring needs across Colombia and Mexico . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple open positions at the same time, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, with a strong focus on Data Management positions (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, BI, Architects, etc.).
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
