Job Description

The Software Technician is in charge of the electronic technical part of equipment controlled by PLCs and high-level software and the design and automation of hardware and software processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot electrical test and automated equipment
Continuously improve processes, reduce cycle times
Reduce false rejections in equipment controlled by PLCs and high-level software (Labview, Visual Basic, etc.)
Design and automate processes (hardware and software)
Quote and order critical parts of test and automated equipment
Validate electrical test equipment and automated equipment manufactured externally in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineer
