Responsibilities

Act as the primary link with clients, providing specialized technical support and ensuring the optimal operation of our AI‑based video‑surveillance systems both in Spain and internationally.

Your mission: deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving incidents, assisting in configuration and maintenance, and collaborating with teams to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications
  • Technical studies in Computer Science or related fields (technical degree or professional training).
