At Fronius Spain we are looking for a Technical Support Technician in the Solar & Energy area.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre‑sales assistance, PV system‑sizing and monitoring.
  • Assisting with support cases via phone and/or email as well as on‑site when necessary.
  • Training customers (conducting seminars) in‑house or on‑site.
  • Creating technical and training material.
  • Assisting in national sales exhibitions or trade fairs.
  • Interface function with Technical Support International.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in electronics.
  • Professional education.
  • Training/knowledge in renewable energies is a plus.
  • Professional experience.
  • Professional experience in customer service, repair/after sales service.
