At Fronius Spain we are looking for a Technical Support Technician in the Solar & Energy area.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre‑sales assistance, PV system‑sizing and monitoring.
- Assisting with support cases via phone and/or email as well as on‑site when necessary.
- Training customers (conducting seminars) in‑house or on‑site.
- Creating technical and training material.
- Assisting in national sales exhibitions or trade fairs.
- Interface function with Technical Support International.
Qualifications
- Diploma in electronics.
- Professional education.
- Training/knowledge in renewable energies is a plus.
- Professional experience.
- Professional experience in customer service, repair/after sales service.
