Altorecruit is a boutique Executive Search & Recruitment consultancy specialised in industrial and technical roles across Europe and international markets. We work with mid-sized and multinational companies, providing a consultative and business-driven recruitment approach.

We are expanding our delivery capacity and are looking for a Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner based in the Canary Islands to collaborate on international search projects.

Your role

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on end-to-end recruitment delivery or research-focused assignments , depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with the Director and commercial team, focusing on high-quality candidate identification and assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, databases and direct search
• Screening and in-depth interviews
• Shortlisting and candidate presentation
• Candidate follow-up throughout the process
• Market mapping and talent research
• Close collaboration with Altorecruit’s commercial direction

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Recruiter or Researcher (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable working with international and technical profiles
• Strong communication skills
• Structured, reliable and delivery-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer

• English required
• Spanish
• Other languages a plus
