Teen Program Supervisor

Principal Responsibilities: The position entails working collaboratively with the camp and community teams. This position leads the design and execution of year-round teen initiatives, oversees the Teen Travel Program at Mid-Island Day Camp, and plays a key role in building meaningful experiences for teens both during the summer and throughout the year. Key Areas of Responsibility : Creatively design, implement, and oversee engaging year-round teen programs, including Saturday night events, travel camp reunions, and specialized teen programs. Actively recruit teens from the community and lead teen leadership development programs that foster growth and connection. Plan and attend all teen-focused events and marketing initiatives to promote programs and build relationships.
