• Program & Activities: Organize, lead, and participate in creative, fun, and inspiring programs and activities specifically designed for teenagers, ensuring they are engaging and stimulating.
• Teen Supervision & Safety: Supervise and ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all teenagers participating in the program, creating a secure and positive environment.
• Guest Experience: Interact warmly and professionally with teens, building positive relationships to ensure they have a memorable 5‑star experience that creates long‑lasting happy memories.
• Parent Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, providing clear communication about the teen program and their child's experience.
