Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Location: Coimbatore , Chinniyampalayam

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Caller with strong communication skills and hands-on CRM experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales or customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and track call outcomes
• Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
• Coordinate with sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (lead management, follow-ups, data entry)
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM dashboards)
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales or customer support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good listening and negotiation skills

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
