Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Coimbatore , Chinniyampalayam
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Caller with strong communication skills and hands-on CRM experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales or customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and track call outcomes
- Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (lead management, follow-ups, data entry)
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM dashboards)
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or customer support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good listening and negotiation skills
Education:
- Minimum: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
