Responsibilities: 

  • Should handle thetelemarketing activities of the company
  • Responsible fortelemarketing for brand promotion and subscription sign-up
  • Daily Follow-up to the inquiries should be done without negligence
  • Detail oriented and can meet deadlines comfortably
  • Cold calling and Lead generation
  • Give a basic sales pitch of services to the customers
  • Answering any queries quickly and efficiently
  • Building excellent client relations over the phone
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy environment
  • Accurately maintaining records of all calls & customer details
  • Maintain MIS reports in Excel and Spreadsheet
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating them
  • Coordinate with various team members across the business for various business and operation functions
