We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive personality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience over the phone.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.Sales: Promote and sell company products/services to meet the sales targets.Customer Support: Answer questions about products, services, or company policies.Follow-ups: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.Feedback Collection: Record customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.Reporting: Prepare and share call reports, feedback, and outcomes with team leaders
