Languages Required: Telugu (Fluent), Basic English/Hindi
Gender Preference: Male/Female
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with Telugu-speaking customers via phone calls and WhatsApp
- Explain male wellness problems and solutions in a calm, confident, and respectful manner
- Pitch company products and treatment combos effectively
- Handle customer doubts and hesitation, and build trust and comfort
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Clearly explain doctors' guidance and treatment instructions to customers
- Manage daily leads and update sales records and reports
