Tele-Caller

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Yelahanka Ward. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers via phone, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining detailed call records, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and providing feedback to enhance service quality. The role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
