Objectives :


To contact new and existing prospects through telephone and provide them the details of products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz India and respective dealership. Understand the needs of customers and check if he/she has any need or intention to buy Mercedes-Benz products in the near future or may be later. Act as first point of contact through phone for all the tele- enquiries. Telemarketing is also responsible for database cleaning in e-dealer and also act as back-up support to e-dealer executive depending on the load condition for e-dealer executive


Job Designation/Field of Work:


Lead management & tele-out


Collect database* of suspects / prospects from marketing manager/sales manager

Contact suspects/prospects to check the buying intentions

Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area

List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services

Fix appointments with prospects for sales consultants to make personal visits and / or deliver test drives

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all tele-outs and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager

Tele-calling for inviting customers and / or prospects for customer engagement events

Tele-calling for specific marketing programs running concurrently

Customer Data Verification calling (once every six months)

At least 60-80 tele-out/day to be done *Database > web enquiries, database collected from clubs, competition, local RTO, finance companies ,road shows, events etc


Tele-in (In case of dedicated contact number provided for customers in all advertisements for enquiries)


Attend to all tele-in enquiries and collect the enquiry details like prospect name, contact number, product interested in etc

Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area

Share the enquiries to respective sales executives with the consent of sales manager to further follow up with prospects

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tele-in report and share the same with management


Database cleaning and updating in e-dealer


Update the e-dealer with all new leads and update the status of all open prospects (access till LMS only)

Follow-up with the prospects and clarify whether he/she is interested in Mercedes-Benz

Update the contacts of all existing customers once in every six months. Share the updated contacts with data entry operator to update the contacts in e-dealer





Requirements

Requirements

Qualification o Basics:   Graduate.  Only Female candidate


o  Experience (type of):   1-2 years experience as front office executive or telemarketing executive


o Specialized Knowledge:  Communication skills, Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situations, sensitive to customer needs, customer centric attitude, ability to grasp basic product knowledge and capable to address basic queries about the product / scheme / activities
