- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective students and enquiry leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing eligibility, intent, and course-fit; convert qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up tasks in the CRM; ensure timely updates and data hygiene.
