To strengthen our customer communication and sales follow-up process, we are hiring Tele-Callers / Tele-Executives for our corporate office.


Position Overview


The Tele-Caller / Tele-Executive will be responsible for handling incoming calls, making outbound follow-up calls, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a professional approach to customer handling.


Key Responsibilities




  • Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner.




  • Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, enquiry follow-ups, and client coordination.




  • Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries as instructed by the sales team.




  • Update and maintain call records, lead status, and customer information in Excel/CRM.




  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and production teams for customer queries.




  • Handle basic customer queries and route technical or commercial questions to the concerned team.




  • Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to customers.




  • Maintain proper communication logs and daily call reports.




Required Qualifications




  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.




  • 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales coordination preferred.




  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.




Key Skills




  • Good verbal communication in English and local language (Hindi/Telugu preferred).




  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.




  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).




  • Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
