Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers

Explain company services/business offerings clearly and confidently

Understand customer requirements and guide them with the right solutions

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain call records and update CRM/leads data

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for better conversions

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
