Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students for course enquiries

* Explain ICFM’s stock market courses.

* Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates

* Maintain and update calling data, leads, and follow-up status

* Handle student queries professionally and guide them for counselling sessions

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

* Coordinate with the sales/admission team for closures

Eligibility & Skills Required:

* Minimum *1 year of experience* in telecalling / telesales / customer calling (education sector preferred)

* Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

* Prior experience in *education, training institute, or stock market industry* is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

* Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Working Days & Timings:

* Working Days: 6 Days a Week

* Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
