Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Tele Counselor with a work experience ranging from 1 to 5 years to join our team on a full-time basis. The role is based in Bangalore and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, playing a crucial part in our recruitment solutions division.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • BPO (Mandatory skill): Previous experience in Business Process Outsourcing environments is essential for this role.
  • Active Listening: Ability to fully concentrate, understand, respond, and remember what clients are conversing about.
  • Cold Calling: Proficient in initiating calls to potential customers using a prepared script to generate leads.
  • Lead Generation: Skilled in identifying and cultivating potential sales prospects to foster company business growth.
  • Domestic: Adept in understanding the specific requirements and preferences of domestic clients to tailor solutions.
  • Domestic Calling: Experience in managing and executing calls within a domestic market context for optimal results.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calls to potential clients to discuss our service offerings and secure appointments.
  • Listen actively to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on leads for conversion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company services and industry trends to inform client communications.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve communication skills.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
