Job Decription

* Drive user acquisition and business growth** for the Yogyatha portal through effective tele-calling and field marketing initiatives.

* Target potential customers in IT companies, exhibitions, and high-traffic events to expand the active user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound tele-calling to generate leads, explain portal services, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into closed deals.
• Identify and explore new marketing channels and events to increase platform awareness and user growth.
• Maintain a structured lead database, track daily tele-calling/marketing activities, and update CRM records accurately.
• Achieve the **targeted number of monthly deal closures** for flat rentals or sales as per business objectives.

Requirements

* Fluency in **Tamil** and basic English communication.

* Strong interest in **sales, tele calling, field marketing**, and customer interaction.

* Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities and events.

* Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable with both office and field roles
