Engage potential or existing customers and clearly present our product offerings.
Answer customer questions and understand their specific needs.
Redirect qualified prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Accurately maintain and update customer data in our systems.
Process orders with precision and care.
Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain Macromed’s strong reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic, English, or French.
Solid knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
