Total Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience in the BPO/customer service industry.
Location: Noida
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days
Salary: ₹16,000-₹17,000 CTC ( ₹ 12415 – ₹ 13190 In-hand)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
