Tele Sales Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote insurance products
• Upsell insurance plans to new and existing customers
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive calling and follow-ups
• Handle cold calling and manage customer interactions professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
• Demonstrate comfort and confidence while handling insurance sales conversations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate or graduate candidates can apply
• Freshers as well as candidates with experience (1–3 years) are eligible
• Excellent English communication skills are required
• Immediate joiners are preferred
