Job Description

As a Tele sales Executive you sell products/services over the phone, focusing on meeting targets by calling potential/existing customers, understanding needs, pitching solutions, handling objections, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships, using strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills to drive company revenue and growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contact leads/customers for sales (upselling, cross-selling) and address inquiries.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport, explain product features, and resolve complaints.
  • Lead Management: Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all call details and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
