Job Description

Position Summary:
The Tele Sales Trainee supports the sales team by generating and qualifying leads via telephone, promoting hospitality services .
Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound sales calls to prospective guests, event planners, or corporate clients.

-Present hospitality offerings clearly and persuasively.

-Update and maintain CRM or lead-tracking databases.

-Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

-Redirect complex inquiries to senior sales representatives.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

-Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

-Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
