Telecaller / Admission Counselor

About:

Navigo Academy is hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Telecaller / Admission Counselor to join our onsite team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents

• Explain courses, fee structure, and admission process

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate guidance

• Follow up with interested leads

• Maintain proper call records and lead data

• Support the admission and counselling process

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Good Hindi communication (basic English is a plus)

• Confident, polite, and convincing communication skills

• Target-oriented mindset

Job Details:

• Location: Jaipur (Onsite)
