Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customers.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines to maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
