Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customers.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines to maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
