Telecaller

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to build their careers in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
• Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and tracking calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
