Marvel Lamps is seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our expanding team in Bengaluru. This is a fresher-level position requiring 0 to 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients and establishing solid business relationships. This role is ideal for someone motivated, target-driven, and eager to explore a career in sales and customer service.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office to manage documentation and communication efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and practices to build productive professional relationships.
  • Customer relationship management, cold calling, and real estate experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to generate leads through various tools like digital platforms and networking.
  • Proficient in utilizing Zoho CRM for sales and client data management.
  • Effective communication skills to engage customers and negotiate successfully.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field for foundational knowledge in sales processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and engage them in innovative ways.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and planned outcomes efficiently within the designated schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinate efforts with other departments.
