Telecaller – Collection Team | Leading Bank | Delhi


About the Role:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to join the Collections Team. The role involves handling customer interactions over phone calls, following up on payments, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. This opportunity is with a leading private sector bank known for its digital-first approach, strong growth, and customer-centric culture across Retail, SME, Agri, and Microfinance segments.


Location: Delhi

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA

Experience:




  • 12th Pass: Minimum 2 Years of Experience




  • Graduate: Minimum 6 Months of Experience




  • Experience in any industry with telecalling exposure will be considered




Languages Required:

Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil (Mandatory – any one or more)


Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct telephonic follow-ups with customers for pending payments.




  • Update and maintain call records, payment commitments, and responses.




  • Coordinate with collection officers and internal teams for case updates.




  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.
