Make calls: Make outbound calls to generate leads and cold calls to existing customers Build relationships: Build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers Provide information: Explain the benefits of products or services, and provide pricing details Take orders: Ask for orders over the phone and encourage customers to make purchases Handle customer concerns: Resolve customer issues and complaints, and provide feedback to relevant departments Manage customer information: Maintain contact information databases and organize customer information Report on conversations: Make reports and documentation based on conversations with customers Follow up: Follow up with incoming leads and book appointments for the field sales team
