Roles & Responsibilities:
First point of contact for any grievance management of customer Create tickets based on customer query/grievance and works on it Close the ticket as per timeline agreed and communicate to customer If grievance is not resolved, assign it to next level as per matrix Prompt, energetic and follow the timeline Comply to defined processes Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in tele calling-inbound
