Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries
• Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits
• Maintain follow-ups with interested customers to close deals
• Update and maintain customer data and call records
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller (real estate experience preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
