Telecaller

Pay Range: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)

Job Summary:

We are looking for 2 Telecallers with strong communication skills in Hindi and English to engage with potential customers, explain products/services, handle queries, and maintain proper call records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the database
• Explain company products or services clearly in Hindi & English
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on interested leads and maintain regular communication
• Maintain detailed call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and basic written)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Good listening, patience, and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience in Telecalling / Tele-sales / Customer Service preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
