Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers – Overseas Education at our Experience Centre. At PathOrient, Telecallers play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for students exploring study abroad opportunities. You will engage with prospective students, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the right counselling support.
Your role will be key in building trust, qualifying student leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to counsellors for detailed guidance—while delivering a positive and professional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach & Engagement
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
- Understand students’ academic background, goals, and preferred countries.
