*Job Summary*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Real Estate Telecaller with proven sales experience in the real estate sector or any other sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details, and closing deals or scheduling site visits for the sales team.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads

2. Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects (residential/commercial)

3. Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly to clients

4. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements

5. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

6. Follow up with interested clients to close deals

7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and objections

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller / Sales Executive in Real Estate (preferred) Or any sector

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills

3. Ability to convince and close potential clients over the phone

4. Familiarity with UAE real estate market (preferred)

5. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel

6. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

*Preferred Qualifications*

1. Experience working with real estate developers or brokerages

2. Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

3. Prior experience in off-plan and secondary market sales
