Job Title: Telecaller – Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller – Sales to contact potential customers, promote products/services, and close sales over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
  • Generating leads
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and reporting
