Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information about products and services, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include making calls, handling customer queries, providing support, maintaining records of customer interactions, and assisting with sales processes. The candidate will act as a vital point of communication between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction and seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service, persuasion techniques, and handling objections professionally
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or similar software
- Ability to handle and resolve multiple customer needs efficiently and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in maintaining records
- Fluency in English and additional local languages would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales support role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus
