Job Description
- Communicate in Telugu with farmers and other individuals working with the company
- Regularly interact with farmers to collect updates, feedback, and field-level information
- Share collected updates and insights with the internal company team in a timely manner
- Explain new company strategies, plans, and techniques to farmers and stakeholders in simple and understandable Telugu
- Act as a communication bridge between the company and farmers
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, updates, and reports
- Ensure clear understanding and effective information flow between all parties
- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu
- Ability to explain information clearly and simply to farmers and stakeholders
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collect, understand, and relay information accurately
