Job summary

We are hiring telecallers who can speak with customers and explain our loan and insurance products. Training and calling scripts will be provided for easy understanding.

    • Principal Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, and insurance products (health, life, travel).
  • Explain product details clearly and answer customer questions.
  • Collect customer information such as income, existing EMIs, and insurance needs.
  • Update call status and maintain daily calling records.
  • Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the backend processing team.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer-friendly communication.

    • Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Ability to speak clearly, politely, and confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to convince customers politely.
