Telecalling Executive Admissions Bloomingdale International School Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India (On-site) Job Title: Telecalling Executive Admissions (Freshers are Welcome) Location: Bloomingdale International School, Vijayawada Job Type: Full-time Salary Preferred (Per Month): 20,000rs to 30,000rs Job Summary: The Telecalling Executive Admissions will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents, providing them with details about the schools curriculum, admission process, and facilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively convert inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective parents to explain the admission process and address queries. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate and timely information. Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up regularly. Schedule and coordinate school visits and admission counseling sessions. Provide detailed information about the curriculum, fee structure, and school policies. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students. Maintain records of interactions and update CRM software or other databases. Follow up with parents to ensure completion of the admission process. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to engage and persuade prospective parents. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
