Counseling: Providing counseling services to students and parents about courses or programs Handling calls: Taking inbound and outbound calls, and following up on inquiries Scheduling: Scheduling meetings with counselors, either in person or virtually Guiding: Helping students find the right program for their needs Converting inquiries: Turning inquiries into admissions Generating leads: Generating leads from referrals, walk-ins, and other sources Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of counseling activities and student enrollment Building relationships: Maintaining contact with customers and building relationships with them
